Mark Blunden passed away on July 4 after a struggle with dementia.
Mark had a 34 year long and successful career at IBM, from 1980 through to 2014. Mainly based in Sydney as senior Tivoli (and Tivoli Storage) technical specialist, he also spent a number of years on assignment at the ITSO in San Jose, where he was responsible for producing over 20 redbooks.
Mark also contributed to the community, was in the rural firefighting brigade for a number of years and also worked with Careflight.
He will be missed by his family and friends and the broader IBM community.
