Need ability to update one’s own tickets and blog posts
Category:
Functional
Severity:
Severity 3 – Some business impact
Description:
I submitted ticket 1775 and gave it a severity level of 2 and wanted to edit the ticlet to lowere it to severity level 3, but was prohibited from doing so. Is this “as designed” or should not it be possible to update fields in a ticket?

Ticket has been closed. Tony has confirmed that he can now edit his own Tickets.
I’ve changed your access permissions so that you should now be able to edit your own Posts, Tickets, etc.
When you are logged in as an authorised user and you are viewing a Post or a Ticket you should now see a toolbar at the top of the page that gives you access to the Edit function.
Please refer to this screenshot which shows where to look for it.
