Ticket #: 181
Subject: Members Area

Severity: Severity 4 – Minimal business impact
Description:

I’ve just visited the Members Area page to check out the options and noticed the wording under the Newsletter graphic says “I would like to change my website password …” – I assume this is meant to be “I would like to access the QCC Newsletters” or something to that effect.

Couldn’t add a graphic when creating a blog post, but could when re-editing the post

Ticket #: 156
Subject: Couldn’t add a graphic when creating a blog post, but could when re-editing the post
Category: Functional
Severity: Severity 3 – Some business impact
Description:

I just created this post: https://ibmalumni.org.au/net-promoter-score-2018-for-top-brands-compared-with-ibm/

When creating the post several different ways to add the graphic at the bottom failed, with an error something like “Problem at server end” (or words to that effect).

After I successfully submitted the blog post, I tested going back into it and editing it. Lo and behold, at this stahe I was able to include th graphic.

Some inconsistency there.

Problem with lost password email

Ticket #: 147
Subject: Problem with lost password email
Category: Usability
Severity: Severity 3 – Some business impact
Description:
When I clicked on lost password it said I could use either my user name or email address to request a reset. I put my email and when nothing came through after a while I tried my user name.  I did get an email then, but as you can see from the email, it refers to my user name as an email address.

Once I had set a password, I tried to sign on using my user id – of justine.middle – but I don’t think it worked. ( I seem to quite often get failures to load pages on the site). I then used my email address and I signed in OK.
