Apologies/Proxy
If you are not able to attend the AGM, you can submit your apologies, and you can appoint a proxy if you wish: 
Remote Participation
If you are not able to attend the AGM in person, you can participate in the meeting via Zoom: 
AGM Only
- You may wish to attend the AGM only, i.e. without participating in the Lunch.
- The AGM will start at 11:30 am and is expected to run for about 1 hour.
- Lunch will be served shortly after the AGM has finished.
- If you wish to attend the AGM without participating in the Lunch, you do not have to pay anything.

Payment Options
If you are attending the AGM only, you don’t have to pay anything.
If you are attending the Lunch, you can pay using one of these payment options:
- You can pay Online using your Credit Card or Debit Card.
- If you are using an Apple device (+ Safari), you can pay using Apple Pay.
- You can pay Online via PayPal.
- You can pay by Funds Transfer using PayID to make a deposit into the Club’s bank account.
- You can pay by Funds Transfer using BSB Number and Account Number to make a deposit into the Club’s bank account.
Bookings
You can book for the Annual General Meeting only, you can book for the Lunch only, or you can book for both.

Closing Date
The closing date for bookings is Friday 9 August 2024.
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your booking, please contact the Secretary: secretary@ibmalumni.org.au
- A full refund will be given for any cancellation received prior to the closing date.
- Refunds will not be possible for any cancellations after the closing date because final numbers have to be given to the venue on that date.
