Apologies/Proxy

If you are not able to attend the AGM, you can submit your apologies, and you can appoint a proxy if you wish:

Remote Participation

If you are not able to attend the AGM in person, you can participate in the meeting remotely via Zoom:

AGM Only

• You may wish to attend the AGM only, i.e. without participating in the Lunch.
• We expect the AGM to start at about 2 pm.
• If you wish to attend the AGM without participating in the Lunch, you do not have to pay anything and you do not have to submit a booking.  However, please let us know if you are planning to attend the AGM without so we can make sure we have enough seating.

The closing date for bookings is Thursday 5 August 2021.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel your booking, please contact the Secretary:
• A full refund will be given for any cancellation received prior to the closing date.
• Refunds will not be possible for any cancellations after the closing date because final numbers have to be given to the venue on that date.
