- The Committee is planning to organise a lunch-time Picnic/BBQ for QCC members and their guests at Jells Park in January 2021.
- We are seeking members input to assess the level of interest from members, the preferred date, etc.

Suggested Dates
The suggested dates are Sunday 17 January 2021 or Thursday 21 January 2021.
Catering
The QCC will supply all the food and drink for the Picnic/BBQ. Each Member can invite one Guest.
Cost
The Picnic/BBQ will be free of charge to QCC members and their guests. Each Member can invite one Guest.
Bookings
This is not a booking form. Members will be invited to submit their bookings later once the committee has considered the members’ views.
