Closing Date
The closing date for bookings is Tuesday 16 October 2018.
Drinks
A welcome drink is included in the price for this event but a cash bar will operate after that.
Pricing
$65.00 per person for members and guests.
A discount applies if you book a table for 8 to 10 people. The cost per person is then $60.00.
Tables
You can book a table for 8 to 10 people at $60 per person or you can book for 1 to 7 people at $65.00 per person.
The discount for table bookings applies only when payment is made up front for 8-10 persons.
Names may be added or substitutes advised subsequent to the booking.
The person making the original table booking must collect payments from other members or guests for whom the booking was made.
Bookings
When you submit your booking, you will be asked to enter the names of the attendees so we can prepare the name tags to be used at the event.
If you are booking a table for 8-10 and you don’t know the names of all the people on your table, you will not be asked to enter any names as part of your booking. You can send an email to the Secretary later on with the list of attendee names.
Payment Options
Online. Online payments are handled via PayPal but you don’t need to have a PayPal account – you can pay using your credit card or debit card.
PayID. You can pay directly into the QCC bank account using the QCC PayId:
Funds Transfer. You can pay directly into the QCC bank account using the QCC BSB number/account number.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact the Secretary:
A full refund will be given for any cancellation received prior to the closing date.
Refunds will not be possible for any cancellations after the closing date because final numbers have to be given to the venue on that date.
