About the AGM
About the AGM
- All Members of the IBM Quarter Century Club of Victoria Inc. including Financial Members, Associate Members, and QCC Partners are invited to participate in the Club’s AGM.
- The AGM will be held via Zoom on Sunday 26 July 2020 starting at 3:00 pm.
- If you submit your RSVP to confirm your participation in the AGM, we will send you instructions on how to join the Zoom meeting shortly before the date of the meeting.

Participation in the AGM by Financial Members
- You need to be a financial member of the QCC in order to vote at the AGM.
- If you are a financial member of the QCC, you may wish to nominate for the Committee: Nomination for the Committee
- If you’re not sure whether you are financial, you can check your membership status by logging in to this site to view your User Profile: User Profile
- If you are not financial, you can submit your annual subscription online and then continue with your RSVP: Membership Subscription
Participation in the AGM by Associate Members
Participation in the AGM by Associate Members
- An Associate Member is a Member of the IBM Quarter Century Club of Victoria Inc. who has not paid their membership subscription for the current financial year.
- Associate Members can participate in the AGM but they cannot nominate for the Committee and they do not have voting rights.
- Associate Members can ask questions during the AGM or prior to the AGM.
- If you are unable to participate in the AGM, you can submit an Apology but you cannot nominate a Proxy.
- If you’re not sure about your membership status, you can check your membership status by logging in to this site to view your User Profile: User Profile
- As an Associate Member, you do not have to apply for membership – you just have to pay your subscription.
- If you are not financial, you can submit your annual subscription online and then continue with your RSVP: Membership Subscription

Participation in the AGM by QCC Partners
- A QCC Partner is the surviving partner of a deceased QCC Member.
- QCC Partners can participate in the AGM but they cannot nominate for the Committee and they do not have voting rights
- QCC Partners can ask questions during the AGM or prior to the AGM.
- If you are unable to participate in the AGM, you can submit an Apology but you cannot nominate a Proxy.

Apologies and Proxies
- If you are not able to participate in the AGM, you can submit an Apology.
- If you are a Financial Member and submit an Apology, you may also wish to submit a Proxy Nomination.
- Your Proxy can be the Chair of the meeting or another eligible member of the QCC.
- If you wish to nominate another QCC member as your Proxy, please ensure that the QCC member you are nominating is eligible to vote at the AGM. You should also contact your proxy by phone or email to pass on your instructions.
- You can authorise your Proxy to vote on your behalf at their discretion in respect of any resolution, or you can authorise your Proxy to vote on your behalf in accordance with your specific instructions.
