We are looking for one or two members to help us test a new payment option for membership subscriptions – Google Pay.
Currently, members can pay their annual subscription using the following methods:
- Credit or Debit Card (online payment)
- Apple Pay (when using an Apple device and Safari browser)
- PayPal
- Funds Transfer using PayID
- Funds Transfer using BSB and Account Number
In theory, you should be able to pay using Google Pay, but the webmaster doesn’t have access to an Android device. We therefore need someone with an Android device who already uses Google Pay to run a few tests and report back on their experience.
Your role will simply involve making a small test payment (which we’ll refund if needed) and providing feedback about the process. If you are able to help, please contact me: webmaster@ibmalumni.org.au
