Justine,
The Date Last Updated field is a simple data item which was populated from the data held in the Excel file containing the membership records. That column was updated manually in the spreadsheet and the data item still has to be updated manually unless I can figure out a smarter way of doing it.
I’ll keep this Ticket open as a reminder.
