When You Should Use This Form

You should use this form if you wish to nominate for a position on the Committee.

• The closing date for Nominations is Monday 14 September 2026.  However, nominations can also be made at the meeting.
• You need to be a Financial Member for your Nomination to be accepted.
• Once you submit this form, we will check your membership status and let you know if your Nomination is valid, or if you first need to submit your annual membership payment.
