When You Should Use This Form

You should use this form if you are not able to participate in the 2026 AGM.

• If you wish to participate in the AGM, please view the AGM Event Details and use the RSVP option: https://ibmalumni.org.au/view/event/entry/5352
• If you are not able to join us via Zoom, please submit your Proxy using the form below.
• You need to be a Financial Member for your Proxy to be accepted.
• Once you submit this form, we will check your membership status and let you know if your Proxy is valid, or if you first need to submit your annual membership payment.
